最近看了有關財務方面的書

深深感覺到擁有財務觀念是多麼重要的一件事

大學時每個月只有幾千元的家教收入

但我還是可以一樣縮衣節食過生活

現在出社會工作後 月薪有兩萬多元

但是生活還是一樣入不敷出

一直只是覺得因為房貸還有一些生活必需支出的關係

所以只是想如何換一個"高薪"一點的工作

卻沒想過即使從幾千元增加到兩萬多元 生活卻是一樣的吃緊

原因出在哪?

收入增加多少 財務窘境並不會因此解開 反而越滾越大

我該做的是增加我的資產 而資產可以是我的頭腦 也可以是我的被動收入 但絕對不會是我的

健康 因為每個人的體力有限 並不能同時做多份工作 即使一開始可以 但之後體力會無法負荷

更造成負擔

而獲得一份高薪的工作並不會對我的未來帶來保障

現在人事精簡 誰能把握我今天還在位子上 明天就被炒了呢


現在的目標我放在增加資產上面

1. 繼續加強自己正確的財務觀念

2. 小額投資 可以從infinity downline開始 只要找到有相同理念的人

3. 等到資本增加到一定數字後 購買可增加被動收入的房地產 當包租婆

4. 繼續增加被動收入 實現財務自由

Since I have been reading financial books recently, I just realize that it's very important to have financial education. When I was in university, I only got small amount of salary per month, no more than 8000, and my life was like this, I had to control my budget to do anything. Now, I have a job which I got pay about 24000 per month, but my life didn't got improved for my income increased. I think maybe i should change a job which have better income, but is it really true?  I don't know the reason until I read Rich dad, poor dad.
What should I do?
To increase my assets, which can be my brain, my passive income, but definitely will NOT be my phisical strenth. We got phisical strenth limit, we can not work for 24 hours! And it won't be secure if I get a good pay job, because who knows when will I got fired in the next day.
My goal is to incease my assets:
1.  educated myself to have  financial quotient.
2.  use a little money to invest first. IE. starts from infinity downline, as long as I can find the right person.
3.  to purchase real estate to have steady passive incom.
4.  increase passive income forever and ever, and heads for financial freedom

啪啪啪啪啪~

我有兩個臉書帳號 一個是一直在使用的 另一個是為了認識其他同好(財務自由)所建立的

最近我非常喜歡富爸爸系列的書 而作者羅勃特 T 清崎就是我現在的偶像!

他的書帶給我的震撼極大 也因此發現多年來的癥結在哪裡!

我深信他是能改變我一生的恩人!

我從來就不愛看書 只愛看圖文雜誌 但現在我比考大學還要認真的看書

而竟然羅勃特 T 清崎加我臉書!!!實在是太開心了我!

他信上也說到如果我有任何問題都可以寫信給他 他會全力幫我的忙!

這就像是注了一劑強心針呢!!

I have two fb accounts, one is for my friends, another one is to make friends whose goal is financial freedom.
Recently, I'm so interested in Rich dad series, and the author Robert T. Kiyosaki is an idol for me now.
His books do have a big impact on my life, and that also shows me the reason why I still struggle in financial problems. Now I realize the problem, and really want to get out of it!! I do believe Robert T.Kiyosaki is the right person who can change my life.
Actually, I'm not interested in reading, except for magazine hehe, but now I love reading so much. I study harder than the time when I prepared for college entrance exam!
Today, I receive a friendship request from Robert T. Kiyosaki on fb, that's really imspire me a lot!
He told me that I can send him an email if I have any problem!! He'll support me!
What he said is just  like I have two wings!! I can fly higher and higher!

I'm not a FOOL～Infinity Downline～

自從開始經營Infinity Downline後


常聽到的一句話就是"你自己要小心喔!"


但是到底要小心什麼?


說真的我不是笨蛋，我有思考的能力


在我決定加入前，我已經先觀察許久了


因為可行，所以我很努力也很開心的在做
